1. Introduction

NextPraise ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and standard privacy guidelines. This policy explains how we collect and manage data.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information directly provided by you during registration or location setup:

• Account Info: Full name, email address, profile avatar, and system role.
• Business Info: Location name, category, phone number, physical address, Google Place ID, and slug details.
• Billing Info: Razorpay customer tokens and subscription identifier strings. We do not store card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.

3. Customer Feedback Data

When end-customers submit reviews through your unique star funnel slug (`nextpraise.com/[slug]`), we collect the customer's rated stars, name, telephone number (if provided), and textual comments. This data is kept secure using Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS), and is only accessible by the verified merchant owner and platform superadmins.

4. AI Review Generation

For positive reviews (4-5★), NextPraise calls the Google Gemini 2.0 Flash API to generate a professional review draft. We share the business name, category, rating, and address with the LLM to draft context-appropriate text. We do NOT share customer names or sensitive identifiers with Google Gemini APIs.

5. Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell, rent, or trade merchant or customer data to third-party marketing companies. Data is encrypted in transit via SSL and at rest within our secure Supabase hosting center.

6. Your Rights

Merchants can request complete deletion of their account, branches, and captured reviews at any time by contacting our support team at support@nextpraise.com or via settings page triggers.
