1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the NextPraise service ("Service"), provided to you at nextpraise.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our Service.

2. Description of Service

NextPraise provides an automated reputation management funnel allowing local merchant owners in India to gather, catalog, and route customer reviews. We provide tools to generate AI review drafts using Gemini and support direct communication with unhappy users via WhatsApp redirect links.

3. Account & Subscription

To access the Service, you must create a verified account and subscribe to an active plan. We offer a 14-day free trial which requires payment details (card or UPI) upfront through our native payment processor, Razorpay.

You will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel your subscription inside the 14-day period with a single click via your Dashboard Settings, and you will not incur any cost. Recurring billing begins automatically on day 15.

4. Billing & GST

Subscription pricing is listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and is fully inclusive of standard Goods and Services Tax (GST). All billing transactions, invoicing, and tax receipt generation are handled directly and securely through our payment processor, Razorpay, which will automatically dispatch tax invoices to your registered email address.

5. Customer Interactions

Merchants are solely responsible for interactions with customers redirected through the star funnel or WhatsApp link. NextPraise is not liable for merchant-customer disputes, reviews left on external sites (including Google Maps), or changes to Google Business Profile ranking structures.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach local Indian cyber security laws, engage in review manipulation fraud (e.g. creating dozens of fake location slugs), or fail to settle recurring Razorpay subscription payments after the designated grace period.
